Lily’s Eyes is an independent optometry practice in Greece, owned and operated by Elisavet Vourazeri, offering eye examinations for children and adults, contact lenses, and sunglasses.

2. Appointments & Eye Examinations

• Eye examinations are carried out by qualified optometrists.

• Clinical records are kept in line with Greek healthcare regulations.

• Patients must provide accurate personal and medical information.

 

3. Products (Sunglasses & Contact Lenses)

• Product descriptions are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

• Prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

• All orders are subject to availability.

• Contact lenses are supplied only with a valid prescription.

 

4. Payments

• Payments can be made securely online or in practice.

• We accept major debit/credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our site.

• Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

 

5. Delivery & Collection

• We aim to deliver products promptly, but delivery times may vary.

• Customers will be informed of estimated delivery times at checkout.

• Products can also be collected in practice.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

• Sunglasses: Can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.

• Contact lenses: For health and safety reasons, only unopened and sealed boxes can be returned within 14 days.

• Prescription items: As these are made to order, they are non-refundable unless faulty.

• Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.

 

7. Liability

• Eye care services are carried out to professional standards. However, Lily’s Eyes is not liable for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer (e.g., false medical history or outdated prescriptions).

• We are not responsible for delays or issues beyond our reasonable control (e.g., courier delays).

 

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and GDPR.
