Sometimes, clear vision isn’t the whole story. Even when the eyes are healthy and the prescription is correct, some people — especially children — may struggle with how their eyes work together. They might find it hard to concentrate on reading, feel tired during schoolwork, lose their place while writing, or complain of frequent headaches and eye strain. This is where visual therapy can make a real difference.
Visual therapy is a personalised program of guided eye exercises that help improve how the eyes focus, track, and coordinate. It’s especially helpful for children with lazy eye (amblyopia), eye teaming problems, or visual processing difficulties, but it can benefit adults too — especially those experiencing fatigue from screens or demanding visual tasks.
In our practice, I take the time to understand not just how clearly each person sees, but how their visual system functions in real life — at school, at work, or in daily activities. If needed, we create a step-by-step therapy plan tailored to each individual, with close monitoring and support along the way.
My goal is to help every patient build stronger, more comfortable vision — not just for today, but for life.
